The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated setup ensures that the signal generated by the sensor is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This is followed by comprehensive linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is expertly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it provides a direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with the three adjustment buttons, facilitating direct reading of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter features a formidable 0.1% FS (with the highest being 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads while ensuring superior resistance to electromagnetic interference, thereby maintaining high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) message, diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.Convenient diagnostics and maintenance.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
