The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge device designed with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular architecture. This innovative sensor generates signals that are amplified and converted into digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then applies sophisticated linear and temperature corrections, ensuring precise performance.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART data through a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data from the measuring units and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, allowing them to read measurements, fault information, and operational modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

In case of faults, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', analyzing and showcasing the specific faulty unit, simplifying maintenance,repair, and replacement processes..
The diagnostic function can also be activated using HART, FF, PA, or other communication protocols. Alarms can be configured as warning or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring component fail, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
