The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a highly modular design. This advanced system captures signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, a D/A converter seamlessly translates signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, displaying measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
