The Intelligent Anti Interference Flange Connection LCD Differential Pressure Transmitter (4-20mA Hart Protocol) enables high precision pressure measurement for gases,
liquids, and various other mediums. It is extensively utilized across petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time monitoring of its status. In fault alert mode, the transmitter outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivers control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems following predefined events. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.
