The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, diagnosing and identifying the faulty unit, which simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be represented through warning or fault protection currents, automatically diagnosing the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element gets damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
