The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In case of predefined faults, it enters an alert mode, outputs alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple andconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, and EEPROM software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
