The ZY8000 offers unparalleled accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS for the highest accuracy. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure exceptional durability under extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capacity guarantees the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it will enter an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error message and identify the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes maintenance moreconvenient.
