The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies sensor signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. Subsequently, it performs linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor for unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with the HART signal using a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF standards deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface and view measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is accessible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD automatically displays an error code, instantly analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.
