The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of faults, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
