The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design framework. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes linearization and temperature compensation within the microprocessor to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. For those employing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can directly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, read measurement outcomes, fault alerts, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for seamless integration.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined event thresholds, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be straightforwardly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
