Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement components handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, assuring remarkable stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function, continuously monitoring its own status in real-time. In the event of predefined faults, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.Maintenance has never been easier and more convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
