The ZY8000D Intelligent Differential Pressure Transmitter delivers exceptional precision in measuring the pressure of gases, liquids, and other media.

With an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and up to 0.075% FS, the ZY8000D stands out for its long-lasting performance, maintaining 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation. This results in significant cost savings on maintenance. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, making it highly resilient to extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It also boasts excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000D remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it alerts the system by outputting a specific current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), which helps to pinpoint the faulty component, streamlining the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes maintaining the transmitter more simple andconvenient.
