The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are engineered to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows Err, identifies and displays the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
