The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then finely tuned for linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs complete digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its best. After ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
