The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. In addition, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and instrument replacement.and convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the specific faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
