The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it switches to fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and analyzing the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.
