The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it demonstrates exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined event quantities, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err code, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without needing recalibration.
