The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Designed for long-term reliability, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic features, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying and diagnosing faulty units. This functionality streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making it remarkably easy and efficient.
